Most orders will ship within two to three business days of being submitted. preferred courrier providers are Canpar, Canada Post or UPS services with a trackable method. For orders of larger items and quantities we may use freight carriers.
Large orders
On request, competitive shipping options will be provided for larger orders as we’re unable to provide shipping costs or accept payments for such orders through the website, larger orders and their payments will be processed manually and individually after all options have been reviewed closely and approved by our customers.
Transit times and delivery dates are only approximates starting after the order has been picked up by or handed the carrier, they are not guaranteed.

Backorders
If there is an item on your order which is currently not in stock, we’ll let you know so that you can decide whether you’d like the order shipped complete or if you’d like us to ship the bulk of the order right away and the backordered item later. Please note: You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Return Policy
We strive to insure your satisfaction with with our products, however, we are unable to accept returns without prior authorization. On request, a return authorization number will be given to you. Please mark this number clearly on your return shipment. All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
Note: Granting an authorization number to return does not guarantee that merchandise will be approved for refund or credit, until goods are closely inspected.
Unused, resaleable, regular priced goods in the original packaging, returned freight prepaid within 30 days of invoice, will generally be accepted without a restocking charge.
