By accessing and using this website and/or placing an order with “Cherapa By Continental Quest Inc.”, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions outlined on this website. Cherapa reserves the absolute right to change, modify or amend its prices, shipping speeds, shipping rates, terms and conditions without notice.

Turnaround

Most orders will be shipped within two to four business days of being properly received and paid for. orders are shipped via preferred courrier providers (Canpar, Canada Post, UPS) using trackable shipping. For orders of larger items and quantities we may use freight carriers.

Large orders

On request, competitive shipping options will be provided for larger orders, larger orders and their payments may need to be processed manually and individually after all options have been reviewed closely and approved by you: our esteemed customers.

Backorders

If there is an item on your order which is currently not in stock, we’ll let you know so that you can decide whether you’d like the order shipped complete or if you’d like us to ship the bulk of the order right away and the backordered item later.

Return Policy

We strive to insure your satisfaction with our product quality; customers must notify Cherapa of any defects within 5 business days of receiving their order(s). We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization. On request, a return authorization number will be given to you. Please mark this number clearly on your return shipment(s). All returned goods must be shipped prepaid (Paid for by the customer).

Note: Granting an authorization number to return your order(s) does not guarantee that the merchandise will be approved for refund or credit, until goods are closely inspected to be well packaged and in the brand new state it was originally shipped.

Unused, resaleable, regular priced goods in their original packaging, returned freight prepaid within 15 days of invoice date, will be accepted without a restocking charge.
